TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Charters may be subject to numbers in the low season.
All credit card transaction will attract a processing fee of 3%.
$5-EMC (Environmental Management Charge – to Marine Park) is payable on board the vessel prior to departure.
Weather – This is determined by the Master of the Vessel. All decisions made relating to the weather are made on the day of the charter.
All charters are confirmed by deposit (extended or private) / full payment to secure individual place.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS
100% Cancellation fee on all bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure

CONDITIONS FOR EXTENDED CHARTERS
20% Deposit will secure your booking which is due on invoice confirming charter date.
Full payment due 30 days prior to charter.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXTENDED CHARTERS
20%Cancellation fee 90 days prior to departure
50%Cancellation fee if less then 90 days prior to departure
100% Cancellation fee if less than 30 prior to departure

Please note that Bianca Charters Management is owned & operated by Peter and Michelle Sayre.
Bianca Deep Sea & Gamefishing Charters - Sydney is operated out of Cronulla NSW Australia and is owned and operated by a separate entity.
Bianca charters acts as a booking agent to Bianca Deep Sea & Game Fishing Charters and does not accept any liability.

Bianca Vessel Management Pty Ltd is a subsidy of Bianca Charters and specialises in marine logistics & manufacturers of special marine equipments, light engineering, aluminum, steinlen and fiberglass.
